An extensive wine list contains both old and new world wines with emphasis on the Wairarapa. The original bank vault now houses the cellar wine. Chef Chris Francis, formally Head Chef of Eton Wine Bar in London and Provence Restaurant in Ponsonby, produces contemporary New Zealand cuisine with emphasis on local produce. Dine in the restaurant lounge or in one of the private dining rooms, or in the front courtyard. In the wine bar, platters are available. |
