Chris Francis, the Head Chef of est Wine Bar and Eatery moved to Martinborough five years ago. Originally from Wales, Chris spent nine years at Eton Wine Bar in London. He draws upon the high quality and diverse produce of the Wairarapa, whilst enhancing his philosophy of cooking contemporary European cuisine with a global influence. |
